Creek Beach Apartments
Lower-rise waterfront blocks — kitchens, joinery and storage are the common briefs

Turnkey apartment and penthouse fit-out in Dubai Creek Harbour — bespoke kitchens, joinery, stone surfaces and lighting, with the Emaar building NOC, service lift bookings and material access all run by the same team that builds the job.
Projects we have photographed and documented in Dubai Creek Harbour, room by room. Client names and addresses are never published without written permission.
Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar’s waterfront district at the Ras Al Khor end of the creek — Creek Beach, Harbour Views, Address Harbour Point and the towers around the Creek Marina.
The finished buildings are recent, most of them handed over from 2019 onwards, and the residents living in them are surrounded by a district that is still being built.
That is the practical reality of working here. Contractor access to the completed towers runs alongside an active construction site, and building management controls it tightly: booked service lift slots, defined delivery windows, protected common areas and strict working hours.
A fit-out programme that does not build those constraints in on day one loses time it never gets back. We plan the material sequence around the lift bookings, not the other way round.
The work itself is almost always interior and almost always about specification rather than repair.
These apartments are new, so nothing needs renewing — owners are replacing a developer kitchen with bespoke cabinetry and proper appliance integration, adding joinery and storage the handover layout never had, upgrading surfaces to stone, and putting in a lighting scheme instead of a downlight grid.
Structure and services stay where they are; the interior is what changes.

Four scopes cover nearly everything we price in Dubai Creek Harbour, and all of them sit inside the existing shell.
The developer kitchen replaced with cabinetry made in our own factory — full-height joinery, integrated premium appliances, stone worktops and backsplashes, and task lighting designed into the units.
Wardrobes, media walls, entrance joinery and concealed storage designed into an apartment layout that arrived without enough of it — the most valuable square metre you can buy back in a tower.
Worktops, feature walls and bathroom surfaces in stone or large-format porcelain, with slab layout set out against the room after the joinery is templated.
Flooring, joinery, ceilings, lighting and finishes across the whole apartment in one programme — the sensible route when more than two rooms are in scope in a building with booked access.
In a managed tower the delivery window is the real constraint, not the trade sequence. We book the lift slots, plan material batches to fit them and protect the common areas to the building’s standard — because a rejected delivery costs a week, not a morning.
The kitchen and wardrobes come out of our own factory, fabricated while the approvals are running and delivered as finished units. Fewer site trades and shorter site time is worth more in a tower than anywhere else.
On stock this age the services are sound. We keep the scope out of the slab and the risers, work within the existing MEP wherever the design allows, and flag it clearly on the rare occasion a change genuinely needs building approval.
Work in Dubai Creek Harbour is controlled by the building’s owners association and Emaar community management: a fit-out NOC covering the scope, the contractor, insurance and a refundable deposit, plus agreed working hours, booked service lift slots and defined delivery routes.
Dubai Municipality approval is required where the scope touches structure, wet-area waterproofing or the building envelope, and DEWA where electrical loads change.
Halo prepares and submits all of it, and works to the building’s access rules rather than negotiating them on the day.
We visit your apartment in Dubai Creek Harbour, walk the property with you and understand the brief, the budget and the timeline.
Dimensions, structure, existing MEP and past modifications are documented so the design starts from the property as it actually stands.
Layouts, finishes and joinery are developed into a defined scope with an itemised, line-by-line proposal you can compare and question.
NOCs, permits and DEWA coordination are prepared and submitted by our in-house approvals team before work begins.
One project manager sequences trades, materials and our own joinery factory, with staged quality inspections at every milestone.
Defects are found and closed by us, the property is cleaned and documented, and you walk through the finished work before sign-off.

The questions Dubai Creek Harbour owners ask before starting a renovation.
Yes. The owners association issues a fit-out NOC covering the scope, the contractor, insurance and a refundable deposit, and sets the working hours and lift access. Dubai Municipality approval is additionally required where the work touches structure, waterproofing or the building envelope. We prepare and lodge all of it.
Yes, and it is the most common brief here. Replacing cabinetry and surfaces within the existing plumbing and electrical positions is straightforward. Moving the sink, extract or gas supply is a bigger conversation because it may affect the building services, so we establish what is fixed at survey before the design is drawn.
A kitchen replacement is typically 4–7 weeks on site. A full apartment fit-out runs 8–14 weeks depending on size and how much joinery is involved. Add two to four weeks for the building NOC beforehand — we fabricate joinery during that window so it is not idle time.
Building rules exist precisely to limit that, and we work to them: agreed hours, no noisy works outside them, protected corridors and lifts, and daily clearance of waste rather than accumulation in common areas. It is also why we prefer factory-made joinery — the loudest work happens in our workshop, not on your floor.
Usually not, provided the scope stays out of the structure, waterproofing and building services. Where it would touch any of those we survey against the handover documentation first and set out in the proposal what is and is not safe to change, so the decision is recorded before work starts.
