The kitchen is defined by extensive bespoke timber joinery, with full-height cabinetry running along one side to maximise storage and integrate the major appliances into a clean architectural elevation. The warm wood grain softens the minimalist composition and introduces a natural material quality that contrasts beautifully with the lighter stone surfaces.

A bank of integrated Miele appliances is incorporated directly into the tall cabinetry, including stacked built-in cooking appliances positioned at a practical working height. Additional integrated appliances and concealed storage maintain the streamlined appearance of the kitchen while providing the functionality required for everyday use.

The main preparation zone incorporates a flush-mounted cooking surface beneath a slim stainless-steel extractor hood. Warm integrated task lighting beneath the extractor illuminates the worktop and timber-toned backsplash, creating a subtle layered lighting effect.

Opposite the cooking zone, a generous preparation island is finished with a light stone worktop featuring delicate natural-style veining. An undermount black sink and distinctive brushed-brass mixer introduce a refined contrast against the pale stone, while timber-faced island cabinetry continues the natural material palette throughout the room.

A slim suspended linear architectural pendant runs above the island, providing focused illumination while reinforcing the kitchen's contemporary geometry without obstructing the open sightlines.

One of the most distinctive qualities of the space is the amount of natural light entering through the full-height glazing and sheer curtains at the end of the galley. The softly filtered daylight creates an airy atmosphere and highlights the warmth of the timber cabinetry and flooring.

Indoor planting adds another organic layer to the kitchen, complementing the natural timber finishes and helping create a softer residential character within the contemporary high-rise setting.

Dubai Creek Harbour Renovation FAQs

The questions Dubai Creek Harbour owners ask us most before they start.

Yes. The owners association issues a fit-out NOC covering the scope, the contractor, insurance and a refundable deposit, and sets the working hours and lift access. Dubai Municipality approval is additionally required where the work touches structure, waterproofing or the building envelope. We prepare and lodge all of it.

Yes, and it is the most common brief here. Replacing cabinetry and surfaces within the existing plumbing and electrical positions is straightforward. Moving the sink, extract or gas supply is a bigger conversation because it may affect the building services, so we establish what is fixed at survey before the design is drawn.

A kitchen replacement is typically 4–7 weeks on site. A full apartment fit-out runs 8–14 weeks depending on size and how much joinery is involved. Add two to four weeks for the building NOC beforehand — we fabricate joinery during that window so it is not idle time.

Building rules exist precisely to limit that, and we work to them: agreed hours, no noisy works outside them, protected corridors and lifts, and daily clearance of waste rather than accumulation in common areas. It is also why we prefer factory-made joinery — the loudest work happens in our workshop, not on your floor.

Usually not, provided the scope stays out of the structure, waterproofing and building services. Where it would touch any of those we survey against the handover documentation first and set out in the proposal what is and is not safe to change, so the decision is recorded before work starts.

Planning Something Like This?

Tell us about your space and what you want to change. We'll reply on WhatsApp and book a free site visit to talk through scope, budget and timing.

01
The programme is built around the service lift

In a managed tower the delivery window is the real constraint, not the trade sequence. We book the lift slots, plan material batches to fit them and protect the common areas to the building’s standard — because a rejected delivery costs a week, not a morning.

02
Joinery made, not bought

The kitchen and wardrobes come out of our own factory, fabricated while the approvals are running and delivered as finished units. Fewer site trades and shorter site time is worth more in a tower than anywhere else.

03
New apartment, so nothing gets opened unnecessarily

On stock this age the services are sound. We keep the scope out of the slab and the risers, work within the existing MEP wherever the design allows, and flag it clearly on the rare occasion a change genuinely needs building approval.
