Doing the finishes you want at the same time as the renewal you will need anyway means one job, one set of approvals and one disruption instead of two.

As a rough guide, a full plot with a pool, deck, planting and shade runs AED 200,000–450,000, depending on plot size, pool complexity and how much hard landscaping is involved. Renewing an existing pool and terrace costs less, because the excavation and shell are already there. Townhouse gardens without a pool start much lower.
