Yes — external works, structural changes and MEP alterations in Maple and Sidra follow the same community-then-DM route as larger villas. Interior cosmetic works are lighter. We confirm the exact route for your unit at the site visit and manage the submissions.
Kitchen and joinery packages typically run 4–8 weeks on site; garden and pool builds 8–14 weeks including approvals; combined interior-plus-outdoor programmes are sequenced so the family can occupy the villa throughout most of the works.
