Elegant Bedroom Renovation with Textured Feature Wall & Floor-to-Ceiling Glazing

The bedroom is anchored by a distinctive textured botanical feature wall, finished in a warm ivory and beige palette with a subtle raised leaf pattern. Rather than relying on a conventional painted wall, the decorative surface introduces depth and craftsmanship behind the bed while maintaining the understated character of the room.

A tall vertically channelled upholstered headboard creates a second layer of texture against the feature wall. Its soft neutral upholstery complements the surrounding finishes while giving the sleeping area greater architectural presence.

The bed is finished with layered floral and textured fabrics in muted pastel tones, introducing gentle colour without overpowering the restrained interior. At the foot of the bed, a deep-buttoned upholstered bench provides additional seating and reinforces the tailored detailing of the bedroom.

Bespoke bedside furniture combines clean contemporary lines with subtle metallic detailing, complemented by decorative feather-style lamps that add softness and a more sculptural character to the bedside arrangement.

Overhead, a statement crystal chandelier creates an elegant focal point and introduces a more decorative layer of lighting to the otherwise calm interior.

One of the room's strongest architectural features is the extensive floor-to-ceiling sliding glazing, extending almost the full height of the wall and opening the bedroom towards the landscaped exterior. High-level clerestory glazing above further increases natural light penetration and enhances the sense of vertical space.

Full-height layered curtains frame the glazing, combining sheer and heavier fabrics to provide privacy and flexible daylight control while softening the transition between the bedroom and outdoor landscape.

The polished large-format flooring reflects both daylight and the interior finishes, helping reinforce the bedroom's bright, spacious character.
