A dramatic high-rise kitchen transformation in Downtown Dubai, designed around panoramic skyline views, dark reflective cabinetry, statement stone surfaces and precision-integrated lighting.
Book a Free Site VisitThe kitchen is arranged as a sleek galley composition leading directly towards floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive Dubai skyline views. This strong visual axis makes the cityscape part of the interior itself, while the darker kitchen palette frames the view and creates a sophisticated contrast against the natural daylight.
Extensive high-gloss bespoke cabinetry runs along both sides of the kitchen, using reflective surfaces to capture the surrounding architecture, lighting and skyline. Full-height cabinetry provides concealed storage and integrates appliances into a streamlined composition, while the reflective finish visually increases the sense of depth within the space.
The preparation area combines light marble-effect worktops and full-height stone backsplash panels with subtle grey veining. This lighter stone treatment contrasts against the black and charcoal cabinetry while introducing a refined natural pattern into the contemporary material palette.
A flush-mounted cooking zone, integrated ovens, sink and concealed storage are incorporated directly into the cabinetry and work surfaces. Slim under-cabinet LED lighting illuminates the stone backsplash and preparation areas, providing both functional task lighting and a softer layer of ambience.
On the opposite side, a dramatic dark stone counter with fine white veining introduces another premium material treatment. The polished surface reflects the surrounding cabinetry and lighting, reinforcing the kitchen's sophisticated monochromatic character.
Beyond the working kitchen, warm illuminated bespoke display shelving creates a transition towards the entertaining area. Integrated LED lighting highlights decorative objects and accessories, while a sculptural multi-drop chandelier introduces a more decorative hospitality-inspired element against the otherwise minimalist architecture.
The project also demonstrates detailed coordination of the ceiling and building services, including recessed downlights, discreet ventilation and the integration of kitchen extraction and MEP requirements without disrupting the clean architectural lines.
Delivered by Halo Interiors, this project showcases our capabilities in luxury penthouse renovation and high-end apartment fitout in Dubai, bringing together bespoke joinery, specialist stonework, custom cabinetry, appliance integration, lighting, glazing interfaces and MEP coordination within a highly detailed urban residence.

The questions Downtown Dubai owners ask us most before they start.
Downtown briefs run at premium specification. As indicative ranges: full renovations of one and two-bed units typically fall between AED 180,000 and AED 400,000, with larger units, Old Town homes and signature-tower apartments above that. Specification level — stone, joinery, appliances, automation — drives the range; we price from a site visit with an itemised scope.
Yes — our Boulevard Point apartment walkthrough is published in the Halo project video gallery, and we work across the district’s residences. We do not publish client names or unit numbers, but the video shows the standard we deliver.
A building management NOC — typically through the tower’s management and Emaar community processes — covering drawings, contractor licence, insurance and deposits, plus Dubai Municipality permits for structural or MEP changes. Halo prepares and manages the full route for your building.
Yes — we deliver investor packages timed between tenancies: refreshed kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and repainting in 3–6 weeks, scoped to lift rent and reduce voids in a district where presentation decides premiums.
Managed properly, minimally: noisy works within permitted hours only, materials via booked service lifts, corridor protection and daily cleaning. Downtown buildings are strict, and our site discipline is built for exactly that environment.
